Just need some clarification on the inputs to this card for capturing from an old VCR. As some computers have larger pci-e video cards that can take up two slots. Often the program would record after the signal error pops up, but just a black screen would be visible when played back. Great find … now where can I get a cheap and good quality indoor antena with F connector? This guy has been selling ‘s of these cards dating back to June, not a single neg. Hoping for the best now. TV card seems ok for normal viewing however as soon as i start recording something without touching the computer or changing the channel getting this error message after about a minute:

Get the right software
According to one guy on xpmediacentre – http: Pretty sure it’s HD. The only thing that apparently doesn’t work on v1’s under LIRC is the ir blaster. They’re probably the older v1 ones. Check that you also have a free pci-e.
Still a bargain. The signal is then in definantly because the ceiling is the air that my Freeview box it comes wndows and compaitable with the TV card. I’m running Win7, but what the hell, I’m always up for a challenge! I won’t be using analogue except for the svideo connector problem i’ve found is that when i record i get a signal issue on the channel i’m recording, didn’t have enough time to investigate.

When did he ship it? I’ve ordered one – looks good to add to my WebScheduler TVScheduler box – providing an extra tuners will be handy when TV programs clash!! Please tell qindows why it can handle only a black screen on the software and what software or how to get Windows Media Center’s work.
That would be a deal breaker for me. Due to the similarities in design same chipset you can safely switch between the different drivers.

Its an OEM card so no remote or other accessories. I have had this error message when trying to install a third tuner into my HTPC. Check your “my ebay page” under items windowz. I think it comes bundle with some software telly but you could probably check out DScaler too? Having an on-board splitter would’ve been better though.
If anyone finds the solution for the slow channel problem in Windows 7, please post it! Under windows it makes no difference.
